Cancellation Policy
All booking requests are subject to review and approval. Final pricing may vary based on property type, size, condition, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, parking requirements, and selected add-ons. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to access the property, a service fee may apply. Any paid parking fees required to access the property will be added to the final invoice. If the condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking, additional charges may apply after client approval. Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, Office Cleaning, and Property Management services may require a custom quote before confirmation.
